BRIEF CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ORDERING PROCESS FOR INDIVIDUALS
As an individual, you have a choice of two types of deliveries with us:
- single order
1. SINGLE ORDER
Once you have made your selection, go to your basket and check the contents and the number of items. If you have a special discount code, enter it in the GIFTS AND DISCOUNTS box on the left. To continue shopping, select the "CONTINUE" button on the bottom right side of the screen. Select your shipping and payment method (In the case of magazines, shipping is fixed to Czech Post. Books also have the choice of DPD). Confirm your choice and continue by filling in your personal and billing details. In case you want to deliver the order to an address other than the billing address, select "Deliver to another address" and fill in the necessary information. The final step is to check the order recap and submit it.
- Payment by bank transfer:
We will register your order, check the goods in stock and then send you an invoice by email. You will then pay the invoice by bank transfer. We would like to remind you that the invoice can be claimed until the due date. If the customer fails to make a legitimate claim within this period and fails to pay the invoice by the due date, we reserve the right to charge a delay fee of 0.2% of the amount overdue for each day of delay.
- Online payment by credit card:
After you submit your order, the system will automatically guide you through the Shoptet Pay payment interface. After filling in the credit card details, confirm the payment by clicking at the pay button. The tax document (invoice) will be sent to the email you provided in the order.
In both cases, after a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation to your email address. We will ship the order once your payment has been registered in our bank account.
If you are interested in a certain issue number or a specific cover, please use the comment space to specify your order. You will find it in the 3rd step of your order.

Changes in orders communicated on weekdays before 12:00 pm will be processed by the next day.
In cooperation with the publishers we offer subscriptions for some titles. The price for the subscription is paid in advance and you cannot change your order during the subscription period.

We deliver only within the Czech Republic.
Delivery time is within 3 working days from the date of delivery to the carrier. The buyer is obliged to accept the goods from the carrier properly, check the integrity of the packaging, the number of packages and in case of any defects immediately notify the carrier. The invoice and tax document are then enclosed in the marked package or will be sent to you by email.

COMPLAINTS / RECLAMATION
Complaints should be made immediately after discovering a defect in the product or an error in the order. Please contact us by e-mail. Do not forget to include the reason for the complaint and the order number for faster processing.
Withdrawal from the contract for newspapers and magazines is not applicable (Terms and Conditions, Article VI, point 3).
